What is My Yoga Network?
My Yoga Network is an online platform that connects certified yoga instructors and clinically trained yoga therapists with clients such as hotels, healthcare facilities, corporate wellness programs, and individuals. We provide tailored yoga sessions to enhance wellness, therapeutic care, and personal fitness.
What services does My Yoga Network offer to hotels?
My Yoga Network partners with hotels and resorts to provide yoga sessions delivered on-property by hospitality-certified yoga teachers. Our hotel programming improves guest satisfaction by offering wellness, mindfulness, and relaxation experiences, available as a single-property partnership or a brand-wide portfolio program.
Is yoga therapy suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions?
Yes. Therapeutic yoga is customizable for conditions like chronic pain, musculoskeletal issues, PTSD, and mobility challenges. My Yoga Network's clinically trained yoga therapists adapt practices safely for recovery, rehabilitation, and adjunct care alongside medical treatment.
Are online yoga sessions available?
Yes, My Yoga Network offers virtual yoga sessions ideal for home practice, corporate wellness programs with remote employees, or locations where in-person sessions aren't feasible.
What types of wellness classes do we offer?
We offer a full range of wellness classes: yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative, and chair yoga), guided meditation and mindfulness sessions, breathwork, sound baths, and Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation and sleep. Classes can be tailored by setting — guest programming for hotels and resorts, stress-reduction sessions for corporate teams, and gentle formats for older adults or beginners. For medical or rehabilitation needs, we recommend working with one of our clinically trained, certified yoga therapists rather than booking a general wellness class.
What's the difference between a yoga teacher and a yoga therapist?
A yoga teacher leads general yoga classes and is certified in yoga instruction (commonly RYT-200 or RYT-500). A yoga therapist is a clinically trained practitioner credentialed by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT) and works with individuals who have specific health conditions. My Yoga Network uses yoga teachers for hotel and general-wellness programming, and yoga therapists for healthcare, rehabilitation, and clinical settings.
Does My Yoga Network work with corporate wellness programs?
Yes. My Yoga Network partners with HR teams and benefits providers to deliver clinically framed yoga therapy programs for stress reduction, musculoskeletal health, and overall employee wellbeing. Programs are available on-site, virtual, or hybrid, and are designed to integrate with existing employee benefits and wellness platforms.
